The rivets were charred black, even though I originally checked out the Atagi in size 34. Then, out of the blue, the admin told me that the Atagi wasn’t available in size 34, so they asked if I wanted to switch to the Inagi or choose a different size. I said I wanted to switch to the Inagi, so I asked if the Inagi was available in size 34, but the admin actually told me that “the Mitsui is ready in size 34.” But I had asked about Inagi because I wanted to switch to Inagi, so I restated my question because I thought the admin had misread it. It took a really long time to get a reply, Since it took so long, I said, “If Inagi has size 34 in stock, just transfer it to Inagi, please.” A day later, they finally replied that Inagi had size 34 in stock and asked for confirmation. I figured that Inagi’s item would actually be the one delivered, BUT WHAT ACTUALLY ARRIVED WAS MITSUI, AND THE RIVETS WERE BURNT AGAIN. The customer service is kind of… well, I don’t know.
