Getting the fit right starts with accurate measurements. Whether you are shopping online or in store, a few careful numbers for your waist, thigh, and length are the difference between denim that merely fits and denim that feels made for you. The most reliable trick of all is to measure a pair of jeans you already own and love, then compare those figures to our size chart. All Pride N'Joy products are measured in centimeters, so keep your tape in centimeters throughout.
For the waist, find your natural waistline first. It usually sits just above the navel and below the ribs, where your torso naturally curves inward. Wrap a flexible measuring tape around that point, keeping it level with the floor. It should sit snug but not tight, with just enough room to slip a finger underneath for a comfortable, true reading.

For the thigh, stand with your feet slightly apart and locate the midpoint of your thigh, roughly halfway between the crotch and the knee. Wrap the tape around the widest part of the thigh, keeping it level and firm without pulling it tight. Note the measurement where the tape meets, making sure it stays parallel to the floor for an accurate figure.
Length runs from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg, essentially the inseam. Standing up straight, place the tape at the crotch seam and run it down to where you want the hem to fall at the ankle. For the most dependable result, measure an existing pair that already fits you well and use those numbers as your benchmark.
Measure carefully and you will be far better equipped to find denim that sits right and feels comfortable from the moment you put it on. A few minutes with a tape now saves the guesswork later, every single time.
